Who we are

What we collect

When you request a quote, send us a message or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, company website, the details of your request (products, quantities, packaging, delivery country and date, origin requirements, target prices, tender details) and any documents you attach, such as a trade licence or RFQ.

To protect the form from automated spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical information such as your IP address and browser. We measure website visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your request, confirm that your company is genuine, arrange the introduction call, prepare a quotation and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Legal basis

We process your information with your consent, given when you tick the box on our form, and because you ask us to take steps before a possible contract. This follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation.

Who handles it

Your information is handled by NCPI staff who deal with your request. We use Google Workspace (email, spreadsheets and call booking) and Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection). These providers may store information on servers outside the UAE, under their own security and data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@ncpi-uae.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam protection may set a strictly necessary cookie. Your browser keeps the products you select only for your current visit, and clears them when you close the tab.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
